We are looking for a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at our Walker Gro-Bark Office and Processing Facility in Caledon, ON. This is a permanent, full time position.

**Description**:
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher should be customer service oriented in order to provide a positive experience while interfacing with customers, drivers and suppliers. The CSR/Dispatcher is responsible for all aspects of the order process as well as the logístical steps of planning the movement of raw materials and finished product between sites and customer deliveries. This individual is an integral part of the Customer Service and Logistics Team. It is imperative to be able to prioritize critical and urgent tasks in a logical and efficient manner to ensure daily activity flows smoothly in an organized manner. **Skills/Qualifications**:

- Liaison directly with customers and sales reps to keep them informed of deliveries and schedules in order to set realistic expectations and meet customer demand.
- All aspects of the order entry process - from order entry to the ship confirmation stage.
- Efficient routing of trucks and maintaining communication with drivers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Driver hours and trucking efficiency monitoring.
- Be familiar with our various ship sites and customer locations around Ontario in order to efficiently schedule deliveries and identify back haul opportunities.
- Act as liaison and assist with other areas of the business with connections to dispatch such as fleet and maintenance schedule management as required.
- Able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Critical thinking and attention to detail is essential.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Comfortable working in a computerized environment; Proficient in Microsoft Office software and experience with Oracle would be an asset.
- Post-Secondary Education or related Customer Service/Dispatch experience required.
