**Who Would I Interact With?**

This position interacts daily with Customers, Store Management, Sales Associates, Product Presenters, Service Advisors and support staff, just to name a few.

**What are the day-to-day responsibilities?**
- Responsible for F&I office performance and duties
- Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and within OMVIC regulations
- F&I Gross profit per new and used vehicles must be at the forecast level or above
- Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Sales Targets achieved
- Attend all Sales meetings and Manager meetings and participates in all areas of training/certifications requested.
- Ensures he/she is aware of all Financing & Incentive programs, and also ensures that they are maximized to their fullest potential
- Analyzing the business office to determine shortfalls and developing action plans to improve performance.

**What are the requirements for this job?**
- Active OMVIC License
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of high performance as a Financial Services Manager
- Proven leadership ability
- Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
- Ability to drive an exceptional customer experience
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
- Organization and follow-up skills
- Experience and desire to work with technology
- Valid G driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
