Vos responsabilités seront les suivantes - Éduquer le client et lui expliquer les avantages et les bénéfices de nos services. - Effectuer des enquêtes visuelles sur place avec les clients - Répondre aux besoins de chaque client en lui offrant les meilleurs services possibles - S'occuper de la documentation interne pour compléter la commande - Support après-vente Il s'agit d'un poste à la commission avec des indemnités de véhicule incluses - votre dynamisme et votre motivation sont vos seules limites. - We are currently seeking motivated bilingual sales representatives that are customer service driven. You are at ease with dealing clients both in public and on the phone with a customer service approach. Your power of persuasion, your excellent presentation, and your capability of "listening to your customer" are your best attributes. Position requirements: - Must own car (vehicle allowance is supplied) - Fluently bilingual in French & English - Dynamic, open minded and flexible - Positive attitude - Great communication skills - Organized - Approachable - Adept of the latest technology - An individual who likes to be recognized for superior service - Experience in the moving industry will be an asset Your responsibilities will be: - Educating your customer and explaining the benefits and advantages of our services - Conducting on site visual surveys with clients - Meeting the needs of each customer by offering the best services for them - Take care of internal documentation to complete the order - After-sales support This is a commission oriented position with vehicle allowances included -- your drive and motivation are your only limit **Benefits**: - Automobile allowance - Flexible schedule - On-site parking Supplemental pay types: - Commission pay Application question(s): - Access to a reliable vehicle (vehicle allowance provided) **Experience**: - sales: 2 years (preferred) Work Location: On the road/Office **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Part-time hours: 40 per week **Salary**: $35,000.00-$65,000.00 per year Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Monday to Friday - Weekend availability Supplemental pay types: - Commission pay Ability to commute/relocate: - Dorval, QC H8T 3J5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - Secondary School (preferred) **Experience**: - Call center: 2 years (required) - Customer service: 1 year (required) Shift availability: - Day Shift (preferred) Work Location: In person
