**What is expected from a Customer Service Representative at Innotech-Execaire Aviation Group**:

- Maintain aircraft orderliness, commissary and inventory to the highest standards
- Ensure items to be palced on board are as per the clients requests and satisfactio
- Reconcile relevant credit cards charges related to purchase of aircraft supplies
- Ensure cleanliness and placement of on board linens
- Maintain aircraft flight manual and quick reference handbook up to date
- Order stationary and office supplies for aircraft Crew
- Provides clerical support, as required

**Requirements**:
2-3 years of expereince in a similar role in the aviation field

High level of customer service and organizational skills/attention to detail

Must be available 7 days per week, including days, evening and weekends, as per trhe aircraft flight schedule.
