**How to thrive in this role?**:

- You have a college degree in business administration, hospitality, or a relevant technical field.
- You have 2-4 years of customer service experience (call center experience is a plus).
- You have strong computer skills and familiarity with current technology.
- You have excellent command of the English language and French (both written and spoken)
- You thrive in a changing environment.
- You deliver impactful experiences consistently.
- You have after-sales customer service experience (preferred).
- You have familiarity with Bombardier’s software tools (SAP, Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.) (preferred).
- This position is a 24/7 schedule operations environment, and you are to be ready to work on different shifts and during holidays.
