**Responsibilities**
- Lead the development, review, and control of quality management system processes and documentation.
- Focus on employee experience of process standardization which practically support their roles within the organization.
- Collect metrics on the health of the quality management system and create summaries for senior management.
- Audit internal procedures and provide feedback to management about risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate continuous improvement projects as a leader, stakeholder, or mentor.

- Promote and maintain all aspects of our ISO 9001 certified quality management system.
- Act as the Secretary for the internal Safety Review Board to schedule programmatic safety reviews, record actions and follow up with Stakeholders.
**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary education in Engineering, Technology, or equivalent experience in a process documentation a technical/manufacturing environment.
- 5+ years experience in a process improvement role, or equivalent career experience.
- Certification or experience working with LEAN, 5S, and ISO 9001.
- Advanced computer literacy for process documentation.
- Proficient at data collection, analysis, and presentation to support data-driven decisions.
- Excels at facilitating stakeholder groups and teaching/motivating diverse teams.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards, an asset.
- Practical experience in change management.
- Experience in a safety related role, an asset.
