As Coordinator, Global Communication, you will work closely with the Global Communications team to coordinate, support, and deliver on communication initiatives ranging from writing and editing content to project execution.

**A day in the life**:

- Contribute to the development and execution of communications plans, projects and communication campaigns.
- Support the Global Communication team on all major communications projects and campaigns, including annual and ESG reports and internal campaigns, working closely with the Global Marcom Network and Internal corporate functions to deliver on business and communications objectives.
- Generate, edit, revise, and publish (as applicable) communications such as news articles, campaign pages, corporate pages, social media posts, corporate reports, surveys, presentations etc.
- Maintain and update the content on WSP’s Intranet and Website and keep publicly available corporate information up to date.
- Create performance reports on different initiatives
- Ensure the quality of communication deliverables so that they meet the project or campaign objectives.
- Disseminate all communications/push notifications to company-wide internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate and assist on photo and video shoots for C-suite Communications, campaigns, special projects etc.
- Monitor WSP’s inboxes, Intranet, and internal channels and redirect as appropriate.
- Seek out new assignments to learn and develop.

**What you'll bring to WSP...**

**skills**
- 2+ years of experience in Communications, Public Relations or any other experience deemed relevant.
- Content management system experience and interest in digital-communication platforms an asset

**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or related field
