**Aperçu du poste**:
Nous recherchons un(e) **adjoint(e) coordonnateur(trice) de projets** pour rejoindre notre équipe. Ce poste consiste principalement à assister les gestionnaires de projets dans la documentation, la planification et diverses tâches de soutien à l’équipe.

**Responsabilités**:

- Assister les gestionnaires de projets
- Préparation de soumissions
- Approvisionnement
- Documentation
- Gestion de l’ERP
- Planification
- Assurance qualité

**Qualifications**:

- **Expérience**: Il s’agit d’un poste de niveau débutant, mais toute expérience en documentation technique, planification, estimation ou gestion de projets constitue un atout. Un baccalauréat en génie est un avantage.
- **Compétences techniques**: Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- **Compétences linguistiques**: Bilinguisme français et anglais (essentiel).
- **Atouts personnels**: Excellente attention aux détails et précision. Capacité à gérer les priorités et à travailler de façon autonome. Solides aptitudes interpersonnelles pour entretenir des relations positives avec les collègues et les fournisseurs.

**Overview**:
We are looking for a Project Coordinator Assistant to join our team. This role will focus primarily on assisting Project Managers with documentation, scheduling and miscellaneous tasks to support our team.

**Duties**:

- Assisting Project Managers
- Quotations
- Procurement
- Documentation
- ERP Management
- Scheduling
- Quality Assurance

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: This is an entry level position, but any experience in technical documentation, scheduling, estimating, or project management is an asset. Bachelors degree in Engineering is advantageous.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- **Language Skills**: Bilingual in **French and English** (essential).
- **Attributes**: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage priorities and work autonomously. Strong interpersonal skills for maintaining positive relationships with colleagues and suppliers.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
