**Project Coordinator**
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to take on an exciting role in support of our company’s growth strategy. This individual will work closely with our construction and acquisitions teams to facilitate project success by performing a variety of tasks. Broadly, responsibilities will include helping with Due Diligence, communication with stakeholders, research and a variety of administrative tasks.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assists Project Managers with the full cycle of assigned projects;
- Researches and compiles information about licenses and permits needed for projects
- Contribute to the management of communication with various stakeholders
- Files all project documents in accordance with departmental standards
- Ensures work order tasks and purchase orders are completed and uploaded in a timely manner
- Coordinate with brokers/owners to schedule site visits and inspections
- Update project progress on relevant schedules
- Filter all incoming properties according to company standards and vision of growth
- Find vendor information for target sites in target markets
- Maintain and grow a database of all incoming properties
**Qualifications**:
- At least 2-3 years of construction, real estate, project management or similar experience in a professional environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication in both French and English Strong technical and computer skills, including high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously
