**Responsibilities**:
OVERALL PURPOSE

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serves as primary contact for business process/workflow issues related to the applicable EAM Stores and Warehousing systems at BCRTC.

Provides support for handheld scanning and barcoding activities related to parts and tools in EAM.

Supports management of multi-location and multi-bin warehousing business model. Ensures business practices are optimized with the related software.

Provides technical expertise in tool crib tool set up and tool crib calibration processes, including calibration and repair of crib tools.

Provides technical expertise in technical tool calibration processes, including calibration and repair of technician tools as it relates to calibration set up and process to have tools calibrated and repaired internally and externally.

Provides support for all parts receiving activities for stocked non-stocked and expensed parts. Ensures receiving processes are optimized, and if changes occur that training documentation and process flow documentation is properly updated.

Provides support for all Stores and warehousing areas ensuring business process alignment and updated training and process documentation.

Uses technical expertise and Financial and Supply chain knowledge to make well thought out recommendations for system changes or enhancements with the goal of transforming internal processes to automated solutions, increasing efficiency, and improving the user experience.

Supports the creation and sustainment of a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Develops, evaluates and revises procedures, user manuals, technical documentation, training guides and website information to ensure that the information is current, relevant and effective. Collaborates with the business to support required training, delivering, providing hands on assistance as required.

Responsible for understanding, analyzing, and documenting integrations and data transactions between business processes and how changes to systems or processes can have upstream or downstream impacts.

Manages system data, conducts audits and identifies deficiencies of system data to ensure quality and data integrity.

Manages the configuration, testing (participation and validation of results), quality assurance and implementation of new systems, functionality, modules and upgrades and coordinates with various stakeholders.

Provides guidance and advice to users and other stakeholders in the use of the business process for EAM and FSM systems, reports, and data. Meets with end users to assist them in defining their requirements.

Creates reports and provides guidance and advice to users and other stakeholders in the use of various reports and data.

Provides back up to the EAM and FSM Business Improvement Analyst as and when required.

Performs related duties as assigned, such being items of a minor nature which do not affect the value of the job.

**Qualifications**:
EDUCATION:
Requires a bachelor’s degree in information system, business administration or related discipline, along with completion of a Supply Chain Professional Certification or Supply Management Training (SMT).

EXPERIENCE:
Requires three (3) years of experience as a Supply chain practitioner in a related industry or complex unionized environment. Advanced knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning Systems and processes), including query and reporting tools. Experience with Hexagon Enterprise Asset Management and INFOR Financial System Management is an asset.
