**About Kumi Canada Corporation**:
Kumi Canada is a Tier-1 supplier to the automotive industry, with locations worldwide and class-leading design, product development, manufacturing, and automation capabilities. Located in Bradford Ontario, our operation specializes in the manufacture of interior and exterior trim assemblies for the automotive industry, using innovative injection moulding and automated production systems.

**Position Summary**:
Inspect and assemble product according to standard operating procedure and customer specifications. Pack product into prescribed packaging as per instructions. Meet cycle time to ensure daily customer requirements are completed.

**Essential Functions**:

- Responsible for visually inspecting all product and trimming parts when necessary
- Assemble product according to procedures, and customer requirements
- Pack parts in bins or alternative packaging
- Accurately affix identification label on bins or alternative packaging
- Responsible for workstation setup during mold/colour changes
- Identify and set aside parts that do not meet specification
- Ensure that plant safety and quality standards, procedures, and other guidelines are followed
- May participate in team problem solving and preventive/corrective action as required
- Attendance at work during the regularly scheduled shift is an essential duty. This includes, but is not limited to the ability to work overtime as required, to be present at work, arrive on time and be at the work station ready for work at the start of the shift.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Suited to repetitive work requiring dexterity
- Basic computer skills
- Basic understanding of english required
- Attention to detail and precision
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable to change and the ability to multi-task
- Quick learner with ample comprehension skills
- Able to lift and push up to 35 pounds periodically
- Capable of working in team setting as well as individually
- Satisfactory work records, including attendance
- Ability to follow instructions in an organized fashion

**What you need to Know**:

- Must be 18 year of age
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Experience in manufacturing or general labour is an asset
