**Job Summary**
The Skilled Trades College of Canada is currently looking for a Program Advisor for our campus in Toronto, ON
The Program Advisor is a sales role that is responsible for the overall enrollment numbers for their campus. As the primary contact for new enquiries, the Program advisor is responsible for the lifecycle of the student from initial contact, through to graduation and potential job placement.
**Core responsibilities and accountabilities**:
1. Field all inquiries with respect to sales and registrations.
2. Tour of campus with all prospective leads.
3. Act as escalation point for student inquiries.
4. Primary point of contact for student inquiries during full customer life cycle.
5. Responsible for customer retention.
6. Act as liaison between campus and operations staff.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with local school guidance, co-op departments and school boards
8. Collaborates with senior leadership to establish realistic sales goals for campus.
9. Continuously improve intake strategies.
10. Coordinate campus open houses.
11. Coach and assist prospective students with second career funding.
12. Enforce school campus policies and procedures.
13. Encourage and drive student google and social media reviews.
**Qualifications**
1. 10 years plus sales experience with a proven track record of success.
2. Preference will be given to experience with B2C sales
3. Inbound leads will be provided
4. Self Motivated/organized and ability to handle a large volume of leads
5. Preference will be given to individuals with experience using My Campus Login
6. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
**Job Types**: Full-time, Commission
Pay: $40,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
