**The Role**:
We’re hiring a hungry, sharp, and personable **Comission based** **Sales Representative** to help us turn incoming leads into loyal customers. You’ll be the first voice people hear after they request a quote — and your job is to guide, consult, and close.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Call and follow up with inbound leads **(no cold calling)**:
- Listen to customers’ moving needs and recommend the right service
- Provide quotes, explain pricing clearly, and close the sale
- Manage follow-ups using our CRM and booking system
- Hit weekly booking and conversion targets
- Relay feedback to improve customer experience
**What You Bring**:
- **Strong communication skills** — professional yet human
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Prior sales experience (moving, home services, or call-based sales a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Tech-savvy enough to handle multiple tools (CRM, VoIP, quoting software)

Pay: $18.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
