**OSL (Outsourced Sales Leadership)** was established in 2012 in Mississauga, Ontario, to provide clients with customized designed sales solutions in retail, direct sales, merchandising and customer acquisition.

About the role: _**

OSL has initiated a technology project to enhance system integrations and efficiencies.

We need a
**Technical Project Manager** to organize, drive and deliver this project involving multiple departments, projects, and programs we operate across North America.
- Contract: 12 months with opportunity to advance to Full Time_

**_The role and responsibilities: _**
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant team members and ensuring technical feasibility and build comprehensive project documentation

- Designing, developing, evaluating, and testing new technologies, tools, and procedures/processes to support the development, evaluation, and planning of technical capabilities
- Facilitate the establishment of delivery/completion dates of program milestones and establish a regular review cadence to report on the state and impact of the initiatives according to established goals with senior leadership
- Providing technical leadership for the implementation of complex infrastructure, software, or systems development projects, which may include producing design documentation, coordinating and leading the development of technical solutions or enhancements, developing user training, and completing the analysis of client / business requirements
- Work closely with business teams, product owners, and tech lead to deliver on the roadmap; coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for successful execution of projects
- Develop and lead coordinated delivery plans to supervise and track progress; identify, assess and track project risks and issues
- Handle changes to the project scope, project timeline and project costs where needed to meet business outcome
- Build strong, trusting relationships with all team members while ensuring alignment between stakeholders on the outcomes of the project.
- Provide technical advice to management, key stakeholders, and interdisciplinary, inter-agency, and possibly even international, working groups
- Support your teammates by providing technical guidance, bringing the members together to work towards common goals, and mentoring junior team members
- Plan and guide the development of systems or software development activities including design and related technical documentation
- Identify evolving business requirements and plan future technical capabilities
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of trends and best practices in system and/or software design, implementation practices and architectural strategies
- Ensure that methodologies comply with established industry standards and the organization’s System/Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) guidelines and governance

- Postgres
- APIs creation and implementation
- Jira and confluence
- Data Architecture/ Modeling/ Integration
- Process flow diagram creation/ maintenance/ and enhancement
- Familiar with open-source tools (I.e., Airflow, python, spark)
- Azure and Private Cloud Hosting

**_Education: _**
- Graduation from one of the following disciplines preferred: Computer science; information technology; software engineering; or, an acceptable combination of education, training, and experience.
- Experience managing large infrastructure projects including migrations/upgrades, decommissioning projects, server patching
- Proven expertise in managing international customers and projects
- 10+ years of experience managing technical projects, working on projects in accordance with standard project management methodologies and Scaled Agile and best project management practices.
- Experience managing Agile and or co-development projects
- Ability to effectively problem solve, proactively drive projects, and identify issues related to major software development projects and implementations in a heavily regulated industry, ideally in the Finan
