For employees who are specifically working towards their CPA designation, Richardson International provides opportunities and support to foster and expand their knowledge and skills while preparing for growth and advancement within our finance team. As a finance professional at Richardson, you will be accountable for financial accounting, budgeting and reporting in addition to collaborating with the operations team where you will support the team in identifying and making recommendations, compiling key budget data and preparing forecasts.

Richardson also offers its own internal CPA Development Program to CPA students, including, formalized mentorship and support, professional development sessions, and networking opportunities across our large Accounting and Finance team. For employees who have completed their CPA designation, Richardson continues to provide regular professional development sessions on interpersonal skills, technical accounting, systems, industry and other unique topics, regularly bringing together designated accountants from all departments of our organization.
