As part of our strategic growth and succession planning, we’re seeking a Senior Accountant with the potential and drive to grow into a Partner role within our firm.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage client engagements across various industries

- Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and related reports

- Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients

- Supervise and mentor junior staff, fostering professional development

- Build and maintain strong client relationships through quality service and communication

Requirements

- CPA certification (active and in good standing)

- Working knowledge of accounting related software including Caseware, Profile/Taxprep and Excel)

- Minimum 5 years of public accounting experience, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role

- Strong technical proficiency in accounting principles and tax regulations

- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Commitment to client service, continuous improvement, and team leadership

- Ambition and readiness to grow into a Partner level role within the next 2–4 years
