We are looking for both a Strata Property Manager and Commercial Property Manager with a valid Managing Broker License.

**The Opportunity**
- **Strata Property Manager**_
- 50+ Unit high-rise built in the last 5 years.
- Yearly Salary, will be busy during the acquisition but no more than 4 hours/day for the first 3 months.
- Currently, all information is scattered across multiple platforms which we’ll have to clean up by performing audits.
- **Commercial Property Manager**_
- We’re predicting 10 hours per week while all the documents are organized over the next 3 months and then down to 5 hours for this one building where only 2 out of 4 units are occupied.
