We are looking for an experienced **Project Sales** and **Marketing Manager** holding a current _BC Real Estate License_ to join our team for our upcoming pre-sales project. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing aspects of multiple real estate projects from start to finish. Your primary goal will be to drive sales, maximize revenue, and ensure the successful marketing of our upcoming projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Create urgency while maintaining quality and integrity.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for multiple pre-sales projects.
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
- Oversee branding and marketing campaigns to promote project visibility and attract buyers.
- Delivering a positive brand experience for current and prospective homeowners and realtors.
- Have a high level of understanding of Disclosure Statements, Addendums, Purchase Agreements and Assignments to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities. Mentor your sales team to ensure they understand the material and regulations.
- Maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry professionals.
- Overseeing the homeowner completion process, including overseeing all completion procedures, liaising with key stakeholders (homeowners, realtors, lawyers, property management and construction).
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and marketing efforts.
- Preparing a weekly sales agenda and activity report.

**Requirements**:
**License/Certifications**:

- Must hold a _**valid BC Real Estate License**_ for a _minimum of 2 years._
- Valid drivers’ license with access to a motor vehicle

**General**:

- Must have a _minimum of 5 years _experience in multi-family pre-sales and marketing management.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in residential real estate sales, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Solid understanding of market research and analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Working understanding of the Real Estate Development Marketing Act (REDMA).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience leading and managing direct reports.

**Job Type**:
Fixed Term contract-In Person

**Compensation**:
This role is commission-based, with earnings structured as a percentage of sales. The compensation model offers high earning potential, directly tied to performance and success in pre-sales marketing efforts.

Pay: $80,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
