Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to support our dynamic real estate team. This role involves providing administrative support, coordinating property listings, and assisting with client communications to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, along with a strong understanding of real estate processes. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve a diverse client base. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the real estate industry while contributing to successful property transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and managing property listings, including marketing materials and online advertisements
  • Coordinate property showings and open houses with clients and prospective buyers
  • Support negotiation processes between buyers and sellers to facilitate successful transactions
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining client databases, and preparing documentation
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure all parties are informed and engaged
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends, pricing, and available properties
  • Manage property management activities, including lease agreements and maintenance schedules
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Support marketing efforts through social media management, email campaigns, and other promotional activities

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in administrative roles or property management is preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of negotiation techniques to assist in closing deals effectively
  • Experience in marketing strategies specific to real estate is a plus
  • Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is highly desirable for serving a broader client base
  • Customer service orientation with a professional demeanor
  • Familiarity with real estate software platforms and social media tools is advantageous

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.85-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
