We are growing exponentially in the last few years and we are currently looking for an additional full-time Manager (MB) to our existing team of Managing Brokers.

Pay will depend on experience. Must have Managing Broker's License
**Responsibilities**:
*
**Lead regular monthly sales meetings (for ongoing training, performance reviews, policy updates, and any other market updates)**
*
**Responsible for hiring and management of new salespeople, helping them with their contracts and listings.**
- **Regular tracking/monitoring of key metrics that drive company revenue and increase efficiency**
*
**Develop and deliver individual salesperson targets, New agent training/On-going training for the sales team/conveyance team.**
*
**Work closely with the higher authorities to ensure brokerage corporate policies and standards are being met by both salespeople and staff in the brokerage**
*
**Provide guidance to resolve problems and complications that arise during the real estate sales process.**
*
**Provide assistance and advice to Realtors with all real estate transactions as needed.**
*
**Assist with conflict resolution with clients or Realtors and handle the issues in a professional and positive manner.**
**Salary**: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Surrey, BC V3W 4E8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Managing broker's license (required)
