**The Opportunity**

We're looking for a **highly motivated, intellectually curious, and ambitious individual** to join our team as a **Sales Development Representative**. This is an **entry-level sales role** designed for early-career professionals looking to break into logistics, supply chain, or business development.

The SDR is responsible for **sourcing and qualifying new leads**, identifying business opportunities, and connecting potential clients with our senior sales executives and operational stakeholders. You’ll become a key part of the company’s growth engine, learning how to navigate complex B2B logistics needs while building a career with long-term potential.

**What You’ll Do**
- Qualify leads and initiate meaningful conversations to assess fit and interest
- Work closely with senior sales and operations teams to transition qualified leads into sales opportunities
- Manage and track outreach using CRM tools and reporting systems
- Support strategic account development and lane-matching efforts based on client needs
- Attend logistics industry events, customer meetings, and ride-alongs when appropriate
- Participate in team training, coaching sessions, and professional development initiatives

**Who You Are**
- A recent graduate from a college or university program (Business, Supply Chain, Communications, or related fields preferred)
- Curious, adaptable, and naturally driven by results
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM experience is a plus
- Previous sales, customer service, or logistics internship experience is an asset, but not required
