As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team.

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and strategic HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. This role will manage recruitment, onboarding, policy administration, and employee support, helping to foster and shape a strong and growing workforce.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment and Onboarding**
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviewing, and offers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs.
- Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration for new hires.

**Policy Implementation**
- Assist the Human Resources Manager with the implementation of HR policies.
- Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company standards.
- Maintain the employee handbook and coordinate policy training sessions.

**Benefits and Compensation**
- Administer employee benefits programs.
- Assist with salary benchmarking and compensation reviews.
- Address employee questions about benefits and resolve related issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a generalist HR role.
- Strong knowledge of Alberta employment legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Preferred Assets**:

- CPHR designation or working towards it.
- Experience in a fast-paced or multi-location environment.
