Maple Leaf Disposal Ltd. Is looking for an Accounts Receivables Clerk to join their team in Langley, B.C.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
Must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment as well as multi-task.

Must have impeccable customer service skills and be able to deescalate a situation

Must be able to work in a team environment as well as on your own and take direction

Review Pending Sales Orders as well as collect and release deposits

Follow up with Sales Representatives for Credits owing

Monitor Past Due Customer accounts for potential service suspension as well as add them to the aging report when applicable

Advise Management & Legal Department of already suspended accounts who are still not making payment and that may require legal action taken against them.

Clear irrelevant Interest charges

Must have proficiency in Excel Spreadsheets

Making collection calls to collect monies owing on past due accounts

Will also have to prepare discrepancy reports

Follow up and ensure resolution of payment based of your discrepancy reports

Prepare and report on receivable issues as required

Perform all other duties asked of you

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $48,000.00 per year

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
