We have an opening for an experienced **Accounts Receivable Clerk**to join our finance team. Reporting to the Director of Finance & Administration, the position is primarily responsible for full cycle accounts receivable for our group of companies. You will be an excellent team player and thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Invoicing in accordance with company policies
- Posting Cash Receipts
- Processing Customer Credit Applications
- Credit and Collection Calls
- Reconciling customer accounts, responding to inquiries, investigate discrepancies
- Back up of Accounts Payable Clerk: Matching vendor invoices to purchase orders and packing slip, verifying and posting vendor invoices in accordance with company policies, payment processing
- Reception Coverage
- Other projects and tasks as assigned by the Director of Finance & Administration

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Accounting or a related discipline, pursuing a CPA designation
- **Must have 2+ years of recent related accounting experience within a manufacturing environment**:

- Proficient MS Office Skills (Office 365, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality

**Other Information**:

- This role is Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm, **onsite** in our Langley office
