We are looking to grow our Enterprise Strategic Workforce Planning and are seeking two permanent Specialists who will be
responsible for the design, creation and execution of an enterprise strategic workforce planning (SWP) program. These roles will
work to create a fit for purpose program for the enterprise to address both strategic workforce (long term) and tactical (short term)
needs, focused on effective governance to enable data informed workforce decisions tied to business goals. Through analyzing, and
forecasting, these roles will plan for capabilities to optimize the enterprise's workforce to meet current and future business needs.
These roles involves collaborating with various departments, collecting and analyzing data, and developing strategies to ensure the
right talent is available at the right time. Will contribute to shaping the future of the enterprise through strategic workforce planning.

**_ Responsibilities:_**

- Participate and contribute to the integrated business planning process.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of current workforce trends, business objectives, and industry benchmarks to identify gaps
- and opportunities.- Collaborate with HR, Finance and other relevant departments including resource planners to gather data on staffing levels,
- skills and performance metrics.- Lead the development and maintenance of sophisticated enterprise workforce forecasting models to project future talent
- needs based on growth, attrition, emerging skill requirements and changing business priorities.- Assess potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate workforce disruptions, including evolving industry
- requirements.- Create actionable reports and presentations for senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations to guide strategic
- decision-making.- Work collaboratively with HR departments to design and implement workforce optimization strategies, including talent
- acquisition, development, retention and succession planning to ensure alignment with long-term enterprise goals.- Stay abreast of industry trends, labour market dynamics, and emerging technologies to anticipate shifts that may impact
- workforce planning.- Oversee the development of metrics, dashboards and scorecards to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented
- strategies, making adjustments as needed to achieve optimal workforce outcomes.- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative approach to workforce

planning.

**_ Qualifications:_**
- Four-year degree in an applicable discipline and five years of proven experience in strategic workforce planning, HR analytics,

- or equivalent combination of post-secondary education and experience.- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data manipulation, interpretation and presentation.
- Proficiency in workforce planning software, HRIS systems, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong project management abilities, including the capacity to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

**_ Salary Range_**

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The range for the classification is $41.51-$56.78 Hourly,
$78,851.50-$108,804.02 Annually.
