**Your Role**:
- Manages relief assignments coordination and ensures timely updates to relief management on new SOPs and policies.
- Approves and tracks travel expenses for payment, and implements changes through HR connect.
- Oversees the annual vacation planning and relief schedule for NCR operations.
- Coordinates internal relief with DSO approval and handles requests for external relief when necessary.
- Collaborates with T&D for coverage needs and approves external relief travel expenses within established policies, processing payments accordingly.
- Takes charge of coordinating travel arrangements for store conferences.
- Manages travel logistics for promotions and required training.
- Reconciles travel expense reports related to transfers and relief, serving as Level 1 support for vacation planner and travel expense report inquiries concerning transfers, relief, and promoted staff.
- Executes, coordinates, and oversees the internal promotion intake process with DSOs.
- Manages and organizes the intake of external Southern recruitment requests, updating recruitment needs accordingly.
- Initiates assessments (KB, COPAS, CRC) or interviews as needed, collaborating with recruitment or training for backfill or training plan development, and monitors the progress of internal promotions.
- Review and request monthly updates on training locations based on roles.
- Obtain approval for adding or removing training stores or roles, identify housing assets for training as needed, and update the services, key role trainers, and postings.
- Participates in workforce planning meetings, including talent assessment and succession planning, and updates databases with the agreed-upon plans. Additionally, reports on and tracks the progress of workforce plans.
**Desired Skills & Experience**:
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience is required.
- HR generalist experience and retail experience are considered an asset.
- Excellent organization skills with attention to details and ability to adhere to strict timelines;
- Possesses strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to effectively convey knowledge.
- Ability and experience in handling sensitive and confidential information effectively and professionally.
- Excellent organizational multitasking and time management skills managing the workload in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
