We are looking for an Enterprise Strategic Insights Department Manager to join our team. Under the general direction of the Director
of Strategy, the Enterprise Strategic Insights Department Manager will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for providing
leadership, advisory, insights, and facilitation services in the ongoing development, implementation, and maintenance of the
enterprise's strategic insights to Manitoba Hydro's Executive Leadership Team. The Manager of Enterprise Strategic Insights will
work closely with the Enterprise Strategy & Planning Department to support Business Unit planning and strategy.

The Manager of Enterprise Strategic Insights supports leaders at all levels to enable strategic decision-making. This role is critical in
enhancing the quality of strategic decisions and ensuring alignment across Manitoba Hydro. This role may attend Executive and
Board meetings alongside the Director or as a delegate as required.

**_ Responsibilities:_**
- Lead and support a multidisciplinary team.
- Develop, implement, coordinate, and support Manitoba Hydro's Strategic insight framework. This includes the continual
- review, updating, and support of the strategic dashboard.
- Lead and support the development and execution of the scheduled Strategy, Risk and Finance monthly insight sessions at
- ELT.
- Support the Director of Strategy with material development, insights, process, and facilitation for the Strategy, Risk and
- Finance monthly reviews at ELT to drive progress at the enterprise level.
- Support the CEO and the ELT with strategic insights to drive strategic prioritization and strategic decision-making at the
- enterprise level.
- Lead, develop, and maintain the program insights framework at the executive, divisional, and program level through
- cross-business unit collaboration.
- Implement and maintain the Enterprise Scorecard.
- Collaborate across Business Units to ensure Strategic Insights are understood, adopted, and incorporated across Manitoba
- Hydro.
- Responsible for the GRA process as it relates to strategic insights and KPIs.
- Partner with other Business Units in the coordination of insight development and enterprise KPI/KBI development. Support the
- ELT in KPI/ KBI development as it relates to Enterprise Planning and strategy.
- Establish enterprise key performance indicators (KPIs)/enterprise key behaviour indicators (KBI) and monitor the

effectiveness of strategic initiatives through reporting across the company, working collaboratively with the Strategy and
Planning Department.
- Support the Strategy and Planning Department Manager with strategic insights to support strategy and the Business Unit

planning process.
- Encourage a growth mindset within the team to continue to iterate on Manitoba Hydro's Strategic insights, key performance

indicators (KPI's), key behaviour indicators (KBIs), tools, and processes. (Reimagine)

**_ Qualifications:_**
- A university degree in an appropriate discipline from an institute of recognized standing, plus nine years of related experience

demonstrating progressively greater responsibility in a supervisory/leadership capacity.
OR
- A two-year diploma in an appropriate discipline from an institute of recognized standing, with ten years of related experience

demonstrating progressively greater responsibility in a supervisory/leadership capacity.
OR
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Demonstrated strategic and leadership ability and experience.
- MBA is an asset.
