**YOUR ROLE**

We are looking for a Summer Student to join our close-knit team and we hope our search ends now, with you. This role has an on-site work arrangement out of our Etobicoke office.

**WHAT TO EXPECT**

As a summer student you will be supporting our Central Service Team assisting the company with tasks set out by your temporary leaders, all while working closely with different team members to learn more about the company. You can expect to work on the following tasks:

- You will support the team with printing & mailing drug cards.
- You will handle various incoming & outgoing mailing requests, including special handling processes for cheques.
- You will be responsible for opening, sorting, and scanning mail
- You will produce month-end and other Crystal reports.
- You will manage Health & Dental provider updates.
- You will support reception coverage as needed.
- You will be responsible for data entry for scanned documents to be correctly uploaded onto MPACS - our claim payment system.
- You will manage filing scanned documents into physical storage drawers in-office.
- You will manage pulling original documents that have been filed away previously, upon request.
- You will be responsible for shredding old documents that have exceeded our retention period

- You are a High-School Graduate seeking summer employment.
- You have been accepted into a Post Secondary Education Program.
- You have good communication.
- You have a positive attitude.
- You have the ability to think critically and work with a team and on your own.
- You have reliable transportation as this position will have standard working hours, and will be required on-site.
