**Contract Terms Available**:
Summer (April 28th, 2025 - August 24th, 2025)

**Compensation**: $19/hr

**Regular Duties**

HOEM Management Inc. prides itself on creating a team of staff who love what they do. Our mission at HOEM is to create wonderful communities and our Comfort & Coziness Team brings a positive attitude and exceptional attention to detail that makes HOEMies feel at home. A high-level overview of the role is below:
1. In-Suite Cleaning

2. Building Cleaning & Light Maintenance

3. Group & Summer Booking Preparation

We’re a team of people who does whatever it takes, so there will be other duties that you are assigned in your role with us that don’t fit nicely into this list.

**At the end of the contract term, success in this position will look like**:

- ** High Student Satisfaction**:Achieved 100% student satisfaction with suite cleanliness and linens.
- ** Attention to Detail**:all tasks were completed to a high-standard that enhance student comfort at HOEM.
- ** Zero Complaints**:Maintained a complaint-free record for linen service and cleaning throughout the summer.
- ** Approachable and Friendly**:Fostered an environment where students felt comfortable approaching you to say hi or ask questions.
- ** Timely Completion**:met all assigned deadlines consistently.

**Work Schedule**

Hours of Work: The Comfort & Coziness Summer Student positions are full time positions, working 37.5 hrs/week. Weekend work will be required, however, your schedule will stay consistent throughout the summer. Opportunity for additional hours may come up.

**Training**: There is mandatory training that you need to be present for.

Summer: April 28th - 29th, 2025

**Move-In & Move-out Days**: Move-in and move-out days are mandatory for the full HOEM team. You will receive at least 2 weeks’ notice for your assigned work hours for these days.

May 3rd, 2025

August 16th-17th, 2025

August 23rd-24th, 2025

Away Date Blackout Periods: Due to the cyclical nature of our work, there are specific periods that no scheduled absences will be permitted:
April 28th - May 13th, 2025

August 17th - August 24th, 2025
