**We’re looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong performance marketing background, data analysis skills, and experience working with home service businesses or multi-location brands.**

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, build, and launch Paid Search campaigns aligned with company objectives (Lead Generation).

Own and manage day-to-day performance of Google Ads Campaigns, including bid adjustments, keyword expansions, negative keyword strategy, audience layering, and geo/device optimizations.

Monitor pacing and spend to ensure alignment with monthly budgets and KPIs.

Perform in-depth keyword research, competitive landscape reviews, and targeting strategy development.

Optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, and Local networks.

Continuously optimize campaigns for lead quality and profitability, leveraging Value-Based Bidding and offline conversion data.

Monitor campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve ROI and customer acquisition costs.

Analyze campaign data and trends, providing actionable insights to drive decision-making.

Build detailed reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), lead quality, conversion rates, and overall campaign effectiveness.

Perform thorough data validation and analysis using Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and other core functions).

Manage offline conversion tracking (GCLID-based uploads) to ensure accurate revenue attribution.

Utilize Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Ads Tag, or similar tracking tools to ensure proper conversion tracking setup and attribution.

Collaborate effectively with internal teams and franchise partners to gather assets, campaign details, and project updates.

Track deadlines, campaign launches, and account changes, ensuring timely execution.

Maintain organized documentation, reports, and records for transparency and efficient team coordination.

Qualifications:
1-3 years of hands-on Google Ads campaign management experience.

Strong understanding of Google Ads platform, campaign structure, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and offline conversion uploads.

Advanced Excel skills — VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and data analysis.

Experience working with multi-location businesses, franchise models, or home service brands.

Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.

Strong communication skills for internal and external collaboration.

Nice to Have:
Experience in the home services industry (moving, logistics, cleaning, HVAC, etc.) and familiarity with the Franchise Business Model.

Familiarity with SmartMoving CRM or similar platforms.

Google Ads Certifications (Search, Display, Measurement).

Experience managing campaigns in Microsoft Ads (Bing) and Facebook Ads (Meta).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
