Our mission is to help our patients restore movement, relieve pain, and improve their overall well-being. As our clinic continues to grow, we are seeking a Google Analyst to help us strengthen our online presence, attract new patients, and optimize our digital performance through data-driven insights.
Position Summary:
The Google Analyst will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on digital performance metrics across various online platforms. This role plays a key part in improving our clinic's visibility, optimizing marketing efforts, and supporting patient growth through accurate data analysis and actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, monitor, and maintain Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Search Console for the clinic's website.
- Track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion data (appointment bookings, calls, and contact form submissions).
- Create and maintain Google Looker Studio dashboards and performance reports.
- Provide insights on patient acquisition trends, marketing ROI, and website performance.
- Collaborate with the management and marketing team to improve SEO and advertising strategies.
- Monitor and optimize Google Ads campaigns to increase lead generation and reduce wasted spend.
- Identify opportunities to enhance user experience, engagement, and online conversions.
- Assist in keyword analysis, content strategy, and local SEO optimization (Google Business Profile, reviews, etc.).
- Generate monthly summary reports and make data-driven recommendations to improve marketing results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and Google Looker Studio.
- Strong understanding of SEO, website traffic metrics, and digital campaign performance.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience in the healthcare or wellness sector (preferred but not required).
- At-least a One year of experience.
