**Marketing Specialist (Entry Level)**

**Schedule**: Monday-Friday
**Pay**: $45,000 - $55,000

**Position Summary**

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist who is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and quick-thinking. This entry-level role will give you hands-on experience in digital marketing, product promotion, and brand growth while working closely with our Marketing Team.

You will take ownership of marketing-related tasks and projects while receiving guidance and mentorship to build your skills. This role is ideal for someone hardworking, creative, and motivated to grow in marketing and e-commerce.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Help manage product listings, promotional content, and brand messaging.
- Conduct basic market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop creative assets and promotional strategies.
- Track and report on campaign performance, making suggestions for improvement.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in marketing, social media, or e-commerce is an asset but not required.
- Familiarity with Amazon, Walmart, or other online retail platforms is a plus.
- Basic understanding of SEO, online advertising, or content creation.
