Vision Hollow Metal Limited is currently looking to onboard a full-time Office Administrator.
**Major Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with shipping/receiving of courier packages.
- Coordinate all facility external services
- Filing of contractor Worker’s Compensation and valid liability insurance policy.
- Create PO requests for consumables and inventory items.
- Greet visitors and contacts appropriate area or person.
- Answer and screen telephone calls; greet visitors
- Coordinate appointed schedules and appointments
- Organize facility events and occasional meals
- Sort and distribute incoming mail
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Maintains records, documentation, and files in an organized and accessible manner
- Inputs, updates, or collates data for reporting purposes
- Provide support to Accounts Receivable
- Complete invoicing packages for filing and distribution.
**Essential Skills**
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Power Point
- Excellent time management skills
