This is a customer service oriented office position in a family run business. It will involve assisting clients to organize and book rental items for their special events including weddings, showers, birthday parties etc. To start it will be seasonal part time, however there is a possibility of continuing full time part time. Monday to Wednesday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

There is a stretch from June 28th to July 22nd where we would require the person to be in from Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm while one of our other office staff is on holiday.

Tasks would include:
Answering the phones

Assisting other office staff

Serving customers

Generating quotes for clients for weddings, parties and other special events.

Organizing and filing documents.

General tasks around the office.

**Experience**:
Organizational skills and customer service skills are essential

Must be comfortable working at a computer. Typing skills are an asset.

Must be willing and able to follow instructions from senior office staff.

Experience in the Special Event rental industry would be very beneficial.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Seasonal
Contract length: 5 - 6 months
Part-time hours: 20 - 32.5 per week

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:
