**Job description**

**Ancora Waterfront Dining & Patio, Ambleside** is looking for a **Floor** **Manager/ Bar Manager**to help lead their Team. The ideal person will have a sincere passion for hospitality and upscale service and previous experience in a Manager position.

The Manager will help oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant including sales, fiscal operations, accounting, recruitment, and maintenance of the building and equipment.

**Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:

- Work with other managers to help recruit, orient, and train new employee's
- Coach staff members when an area is identified that needs improvement
- Empower staff to take initiative to drive sales and repeat business
- Work the floor and converse with customer's to ensure they are receiving a high level of service

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1+ years’ experience in a restaurant management position
- Strong wine knowledge with a min of WSET 2

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Competitive Salary, plus bonus structure**

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
