**Position Summary**

**The Opportunity**

Avenge Energy Services Inc. is currently looking for an experienced Dispatcher to join the Avenge Energy team as we continue to expand industrial cleaning and hydrovac pipeline services.

Preference to applicants holding 3 years experience dispatching Pressure and Vac trucks, including hydrovac, water and RIG vac trucks.

**Position Overview**

Reporting to the Operations Manager Team, our dispatchers are members of the supervisor team, responsible for mobilizing people and equipment to fulfil client services in a safe and timely manner while meet regulatory and company requirements.

**Responsibilities**
- Organize and dispatch a group of 40-60 operators as well as third party contractors
- Work closely with drivers, sales and admin to ensure customer service and invoicing requirements are met in a timely fashion
- Data entry and monitoring use of company programs and equipment.
- On call phone, ability to respond 24/7 while on rotation.

**Experience/Certifications**
- Preference of 3 years dispatching press and vac operators
- High School Diploma, post secondary an asset
- Minimum Class 5Q driver license, Class 1/3 an asset
- H2S Alive, and Standard First Aid certificates required
- Experience in and extensive working knowledge of hydro, combo and water and vac trucks.
- Experience in incident reporting and oil and gas safety processes
- Experience in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word and Excel, Samsara, Smart Phone Apps, Elog and other industry software an asset

**Required Skills and Competencies**
- Understanding of equipment and driver requirements needed to fulfil client service requests.
- Team builder with good communication skills and a capacity to engage audiences across all levels
- Customer service focused on successful results
- Able to prioritize and coordinate multiple activities and deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work well independently
