The Four Points by Sheraton, Edmonton International Airport is looking for a qualified person to join the team working both position of Night Auditor and Front Desk Agent (PM).

The Night Auditor is one of the most important positions in our hotel. You are responsible for closing the day, reconciling cash, debit and credit card transactions as well as the Third Party Restaurant. While completing the audit tasks, you are required to check guests in and out as well as modify reservations, answer phone calls and create reservations while always following and executing Marriott's Brand Standards.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must possess excellent computer skills with the ability to use multiples software and PMS systems.
- Must possess excellent customer service skills with the ability to create memorable and personal connections with internal and external guests.
- Must possess excellent time management with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Must be detail oriented
- Be a team player and be able to work independently with little to no supervision when needed
- Must demonstrate Marriott Brand Standards at all times and comply with on site standards and polices
- Must be able to effectively greet our guests, check guests into their guest rooms, settle guest invoices upon departure, effectively handle billing questions, make reservations, direct calls, and problem solve.

Hours range from 30-40hr/ week based on hotel business volume with potential of OT

**Requirements**:

- Must be legally allowed to work in Canada
- Must have no scheduling restrictions.
- Ability to work both PM shifts (3-11pm) and the Night Audit shift (11pm-7am)
- Ability to work Overtime when needed
- Demonstrate a passion for providing our guests with a memorable experience and outstanding customer service
- Previous hotel and/or Night Audit experience as asset
