Four Points by Sheraton Edmonton International Airport is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and guest-focused individual to join our Front Office team in a dual role as

**Afternoon Front Desk Agent and Night Auditor**.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Night Auditor Duties (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)**:

- Complete end-of-day financial procedures, including balancing cash, credit, debit, and third-party restaurant transactions.
- Generate audit reports and reconcile daily revenue in accordance with Marriott standards.
- Perform front desk operations such as check-ins, check-outs, and reservation modifications.

**Afternoon Front Desk Duties (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)**:

- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide outstanding customer service.
- Manage reservations, process payments, and ensure guest satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy, with the ability to learn multiple software and property management systems (PMS).
- Proven customer service skills and a passion for hospitality.
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated adherence to Marriott brand standards and hotel policies.
- Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience is an asset.

**Requirements**:

- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Must have **open**availability, including the ability to work overnight and afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Must be available to work up to 40 hours per week, with overtime as needed.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

On-site at Four Points by Sheraton Edmonton International Airport, Nisku, AB
