- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and empathy

**Skills**:

- Proficient in operating phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills
- Outstanding guest service skills with the ability to anticipate needs
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and front desk operations
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure

**Requirements**:
