**Position Summary**:
Northeastern Public Health (NEPH) seeks an independent, motivated, bilingual individual to provide excellent client service and administrative support within a multidisciplinary team in our New Liskeard Office.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary professionals;
- Provide reception coverage and administrative duties to various programs, as required;
- Create and maintain up-to-date client information in electronic medical record systems;
- Assist teams with data entry, scheduling appointments, filing system, and maintaining records;
- Manage information, including program supplies and documents, processing and formatting documents, and preparing agendas;
- Perform all other related duties as requested.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 1-year post-secondary training in office administration or equivalent;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field, including excellent customer service skills;
- Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint;
- Ability to learn to use specialized software and databases;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision;
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position;
- Fluency in both official languages is essential;
- Satisfactory Criminal Reference Check;
- Required to comply with Immunization policies, including COVID-19 vaccination unless a valid medical exemption is provided.

**Résume du poste**:
Santé publique du Nord-Est (SPNE) recherche une personne indépendante, motivée et bilingue pour fournir un excellent service à la clientèle et un soutien administratif au sein d'une équipe multidisciplinaire dans notre bureau de New Liskeard.
**Responsabilités professionnelles**:
- Soutenir les professionnels multidisciplinaires et travailler en collaboration avec eux ;
- Couvrir la réception et effectuer des tâches administratives dans le cadre de divers programmes, selon les besoins ;
- Créer et maintenir à jour les informations relatives aux clients dans les systèmes de dossiers médicaux électroniques ;
- Assister les équipes dans la collecte des données, la prise de rendez-vous, le système de classement et la tenue des dossiers ;
- Gérer l'information, y compris les fournitures et les documents du programme, traiter et formater les documents et préparer les ordres du jour ;
- Effectuer toutes les autres tâches connexes demandées.
**Titres et qualités**:
- Formation post-secondaire d'au moins un an en administration de bureau ou équivalent ;
- Au moins trois ans d'expérience dans un domaine connexe, y compris d'excellentes compétences en matière de service à la clientèle ;
- Excellentes compétences dans la suite Microsoft Office, notamment Word, Outlook, Excel et PowerPoint ;
- Capacité à apprendre à utiliser des logiciels spécialisés et des bases de données ;
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale et écrite ;
- Capacité à travailler avec un minimum de supervision ;
- Capacité à répondre aux exigences physiques du poste ;
- La maîtrise des deux langues officielles est essentielle ;
- Vérification satisfaisante des références criminelles ;
