**Exciting Opportunity: Funeral Support Staff at Ajax Crematorium and Visitation Centre**

Ajax Crematorium and Visitation Centre, a respected leader in the funeral service industry, is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Funeral Support Staff.

In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to provide comforting assistance to families during their time of need, as well as the chance to support our Funeral Directors in the seamless delivery of our services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the welcoming face of our reception, fielding calls and greeting families and guests with warmth and sensitivity.
- Play a vital role in setting up and assisting with viewings, funeral services, memorial services, and more.
- Maintain our high standards of service, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and as planned.
- Assisting Funeral Directors in the careful movement of the casketed deceased and related items, across various service locations.
- Play a hands-on role in the care of the deceased, including dressing and placing them into the casket.
- Safely transfer the deceased from their place of death to our funeral home and affiliated locations. Please note, this role involves a minimum lift requirement of 80lbs.

**Salary**: $17.50-$21.00 per hour
