Through leasing, renting, business loans, 0% financing and payment processing, we work with more than 3,000 restaurant owners each year, helping them achieve their goals throughout Canada, the U.S., and Australia.
**Summary**:
The Client Services Representative is the frontline of our customer experience, responsible for delivering responsive, empathetic, and solution-oriented service to clients throughout the lifecycle of their financial agreements. Acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams, this role plays a vital part in building trust, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience across all touchpoints.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Support & Communication**
- Resolve issues independently or escalate when appropriate to ensure timely resolution.
- Assist with administrative tasks and account updates related to client files.
**Customer Experience & Relationship Management**
- Deliver a positive and personalized client experience, actively listening and tailoring solutions to individual needs.
- De-escalate challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Conduct follow-ups as needed to ensure resolution satisfaction and strengthen long-term relationships.
- Build rapport with clients through proactive, consistent communication.
**Collaboration & Internal Support**
- Support sales representatives and operations staff with information gathering, documentation, and account coordination.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with credit, funding, and other departments to ensure a smooth and unified customer journey.
- Track client interactions, maintain accurate CRM notes, and share relevant feedback with internal teams.
**Service Excellence & Continuous Improvement**
- Meet and exceed KPI targets related to communication, resolution time, and client satisfaction.
- Contribute ideas and feedback to improve the client service process and customer journey.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, process changes, and system updates to ensure accurate support delivery.
**Qualifications/Experience**:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Experience in financial services or equipment leasing is an asset
- College/University degree or equivalent experience preferred
**Other Requirements**:
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Self-motivated with a team-oriented, problem-solving mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to remain calm under pressure

- $50,000 - $55,000
