Role Description

This temporary on-site role, located in Vancouver, BC, offers an opportunity to join our team as a Client Services Representative. The Client Services Representative will assist clients with their tax-related inquiries, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the filing process. Key responsibilities include managing client appointments, addressing client needs in a professional and friendly manner, supporting smooth front-desk operations, and collaborating with team members to maintain a positive client experience. The role requires building rapport with clients, maintaining an organized workflow, and ensuring client satisfaction at every step.

Qualifications

  • Strong Client Services and Customer Service skills to enhance client relationships and provide satisfying experiences.
  • Excellent Communication skills for clear and professional interactions with clients and team members.
  • Ability to focus on Customer Satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and a client-first approach.
  • Basic understanding of Finance or experience in a financial services environment is advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and office systems for appointment management and client service.
  • Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles is an asset.
