Client Service Representative (CSR)

Location: Work from home in Canada

At True North, our mission is to help eligible Canadians obtain the Disability Tax Credit (DTC) and reclaim their unused credits and benefits. We are looking for a diligent, reliable, and results-driven individual to join our Client Service Representative team. In the CSR role you will engage with potential clients by phone and through a detailed discovery process, determine their compatibility for our services.

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Outbound phone calls (up to 100+ calls per day) to potential clients to determine their compatibility for our services. Note we do not do any cold calling.
  • Follow-up with clients regarding outstanding documentation required to begin the application process.
  • Meet or exceed individual KPIs and objectives.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in a timely manner within our system.

Qualifications:

  • Must reside and work within Canada.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to learn basic income tax knowledge and apply TNDS values.
  • Ability to multitask, manage your time effectively and adapt to change when required.
