Brandt is currently seeking a Product Support Representative located in Regina. This position will support either our Agriculture and Construction & Forestry divisions or our Transportation division.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Provide pricing and inventory shipping times to customers
- Assisting customers by navigating multiple parts lookup programs
- Providing assistance for other Brandt field staff members
- Dealing with multiple vendors to provide the customers with various options
- Continuous training to maintain the highest level of service
- Assisting other departments to achieve a harmonious working environment
- Various other duties as assigned

**Required Skills**:

- Previous industry experience is considered an asset but not necessary
- Experience with technical programs
- Recent graduates are welcomed and encouraged to apply
- Superior customer service skills
- Understanding of working in a group environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to multiple parts and inventory programs
