Information Services Corporation (ISC) is hiring one (1) Customer Support Representatives on a temporary full-time basis.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Operations Manager, Customer Support, this position is responsible for the following:

- Provide guidance, information and assistance to customer enquiries relating to all ISC products and services, including Land Titles, Saskatchewan Judgement Registry, Corporate Registry, and Personal Property Registry
- Handle and resolve customer concerns through researching the required information and using available resources to communicate policies, procedures and processes in accordance with the encompassing Acts and Regulations
- Assist customers with website and other system navigation and operational support to clients using the web based system (Regsys, etc.), including assisting them with signing on and navigating within the system

Position Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent, along with several years’ experience and/or training in customer service and office administration. Call Centre training and experience is considered an asset
- Several years of experience in a front line customer service environment with customer service training
- Knowledge of legal terminology relating to the ownership of land, Corporate Registry, Saskatchewan Judgement Registry and Personal Property Registry would be considered an asset.
