Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the HR department
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems such as SAP and iCIMS
- Assist with employee relations matters, including investigating and resolving employee complaints or concerns
- Support HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement surveys, and training programs
- Coordinate employee events and activities to promote a positive work culture
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries
- Prepare HR reports and presentations for management review
- Maintain knowledge of current HR trends and best practices

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in an HR assistant or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (SAP, Ceridian) and applicant tracking systems (iCIMS)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Salesforce or other project management software is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

**Salary**: $150.00-$300.00 per day
