We're looking for an Administrative & Personal Assistant to help support the day-to-day operations of a small, growing hospitality group. This is an in person Mon-Fri day time position and includes a mix of admin, light personal support, basic design work, and assistance with restaurant events and content - perfect for someone who enjoys variety and knows how to stay organized without needing micromanagement.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Coordinating meetings, vendor calls, and reminders
- Organizing files, documents, and small ongoing projects
- Assisting with restaurant **event planning and logistics**:

- Creating simple signage, menus, or graphics in **Canva**:

- Helping with basic **social media scheduling or content ideas**:

- Occasionally running errands or handling light personal tasks

**You are**:

- Organized, reliable, and detail-focused
- Comfortable using Canva and Google Workspace
- Clear and professional in communication
- Able to juggle tasks and follow through without being chased
- Discreet, easy to work with, and good at staying ahead of things

**Bonus if you**:

- Have experience in restaurants, events, or small business support
- Know your way around Instagram or other content tools
- Enjoy a mix of behind-the-scenes support and creative tasks

This isn’t a chaotic job, but things move fast and change often - so being adaptable matters. If you're someone who likes being useful, staying organized, and helping a business run better, we'd love to hear from you.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
