Overview:
**Industry: Aerospace/Defense**

**Position: Supplier Compliance Coordinator**

**Location: Longueuil, Quebec, Canada**

**Duration: 12 month contract / 1 year**

**Frequency: 40/hrs per week / full-time - 1099 assignment**

**Compensation: CAD $25/hr**

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure plan for audits complies with regulations and customers' requirements.
- Ensure audits standard work is adhered to by all auditors
- Provide auditors support (i.e. Inquiries, documents, system support, checklists, etc.)
- Monthly KPI creation and maintenance
- Support yearly audit plan creation / update
- Help and trouble shoot software management issues
- Corrective Action management support including schedule meetings, provide status reports, etc.
- Other daily support to Supplier Quality department

**Qualification Requirements**:

- DEC in administration or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years in a coordination role
- Experience in KPI creation and maintenance
- Experience working in a highly technological environment will be considered an asset
- IT and Software savvy.
- Bilingual French and English verbal and written mandatory
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite specially Excel. Knowledge in macros will be considered an asset.
- Being able to multi-tasking, strong trouble shooting skills, Creative thinking, self-motivated, detail oriented.
