Quadro Law is looking for an immigration lawyer to join our team in Vancouver. We are a boutique law firm practicing in immigration and corporate/commercial law. Our office is located in Yaletown, and even though we maintain a physical office space, we have operated mostly as a cloud firm since 2021. Our core belief is that a firm should provide a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environment to lawyers and staff. The practice of law is stressful in an of itself, and a law firm should help to alleviate that stress wherever possible. We work hard, but we also recognize that a healthy work-life balance is essential for long-term success. For this reason, we recently trialed a four-day work week, and after reviewing the results, we have adopted it permanently for all salaried employees.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary plus a fee split based on receipts;
- Enrollment in our group benefits plan;
- Payment of LSBC fees;
- Assistance with marketing your practice;
- Access to our office, including meeting rooms;
- Administrative support (amount dependent on size of practice);
- Computer, software and other equipment necessary to work from home.

Expectations
- At least three years of experience as an immigration lawyer;
- A member in good standing of the Law Society of British Columbia;
- A partial practice/client base and an entrepreneurial spirit;
- A personality that causes others to enjoy working with you;
- A love of tech, or at least a willingness to adapt to new technology; and
- A healthy respect for work/life balance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
